Refund policy

Because Crochet Magic sells digital products (PDF crochet patterns) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or emailed to you.

Exceptions:

• If you experience a technical issue and cannot access or download your pattern, contact us at cropat.shop@gmail.com and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
• If a pattern is significantly different from its description or contains major errors, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a correction or refund.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply for change of mind.
